黄硕教授长期聚焦于开发具备仿生学概念的单分子纳米孔生物传感器相关的新仪器与新技术,以及基于纳米孔的单分子显微成像技术。目前已于国际权威期刊Nature Methods,Nature Nanotechnology,Nature Communications,Journal of the American Chemical Society, Science Advances,Angewandte Chemie International Edition, ACS Nano, Nano Letters等期刊发表论文若干。 其中以第一作者发表Nature Nanotechnology 2篇,并入选2010年12月刊封面;以唯一通讯作者发表Nature Methods 1篇, Nature Nanotechnology 2篇,并入选2022年9月刊封面。
