教授
造血干细胞移植治疗1型糖尿病、多发性硬化的基础及临床研究；恶性血液病患者造血干细胞移植治疗后微小残留病的检测及清除。
1956年生。1983年7月毕业于南京医学院医疗系，1983. 07 ~ 1987. 06为徐州市第三人民医院内科住院医师，1987年6月至今在南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院血液科工作。1992.09 ~ 1992. 12于日本名古屋第一红十字病院骨髓移植中心进修，1994. 02 ~ 1994.08于北京人民医院血研所进修。1995 ~ 2001年为副主任医师，2001年至今为主任医师、教授，1999年至今任科室主任。1999年被聘为南京大学医学院硕士研究生导师，2003年被聘为南京中医药大学教授、博士研究生导师。已在国内外重要及核心刊物发表论文60余篇，SCI收录论文14篇，2篇论文获南京市优秀自然科学论文1等奖，2篇论文获南京市优秀自然科学论文3等奖。
自2001年起任南京大学医学院血液内科教研室主任，已培养、指导硕士研究生10名，博士生7名。近年获江苏省卫生厅新技术引进一等奖2项，二等奖2项。已完成的江苏省科委科研项目《造血干细胞移植治疗红斑狼疮， BJ98302》，获2002年南京科技进步二等奖。2001年入选江苏省卫生厅135工程重点医学人才。2005年被评为南京市有突出贡献的中青年专家。2007年被评为江苏省科教兴卫重点学科共建单位学科及学术带头人。
