从事的研究方向主要是面向疾病标志物开展多模态分子影像探针设计、活性检测以及细胞和动物活体成像研究。目前已在Nat. Chem., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.,等国际著名学术期刊发表论文30余篇,申请专利4项,授权3项。曾获2008年中国化学会优秀论文奖、2011美国国立癌症研究所纳米生物技术会议优秀墙报奖、2013年世界分子影像学会议优秀论文奖和亮点文章等。目前的研究兴趣主要集中在:1发展新型生物正交反应在蛋白标记与分子影像探针构筑中的应用;(2发展激活型的分子探针Activatable Probes在细胞和动物活体的多模态成像分析中的应用;(3发展靶向型的诊疗探针Theranostic Probes在肿瘤早期诊断与治疗评价中的应用。
